• ELIGIBILITY
This sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States, 18 or older. These residents must have a valid driver's license. This sweepstakes is not open to employees and their immediate families/households of RezHub, Inc, or anyone involved with the production of this sweepstakes. Void where prohibited and subject to all federal, state and local laws.

• HOW TO ENTER
No purchase is necessary to enter the sweepstakes. To enter, click on the link found here, or otherwise provided, to sign up to receive the RezHub enewsletter or enter through the other provided methods. Your email address will be automatically entered into the drawing for the Dream Green Vacation if performing one of the listed actions between August 1, 2009 and November 30, 2009. All entries must be completed through www.rezhub.com or its affiliate group of websites. Free internet access and email accounts are available through local public library systems. Multiple entries allowed as described in detail at this page. All entries must be received by November 30, 2009 at 11:59:59 PM EST.

• PRIZES
The winners of this sweepstakes will receive a dream green vacation to the Pacific Beach Hotel in Honolulu, HI. Additional prizes, of lesser value, may be available to second tier winners. The odds depend on the number of entries received. This prize cannot be transferred or otherwise substituted.

• CONDITIONS
Upon entering the sweepstakes, you are agreeing to the posted official rules found herein and the decisions made by the judges. Submissions will be considered void if incompleted or erroneous. RezHub, Inc. holds no responsibility for lost, late, stolen or untransmitted submissions, or any damage to any computer resulting from participating in this sweepstakes. The person whose email address is used will be deemed the official entrant for this Sweepstakes. If RezHub, Inc. determines or suspects that any tampering to the integrity of the data received has occurred, RezHub, Inc. reserves the right to terminate the sweepstakes and hold a random drawing of received entrants to that point.Taxes and other additional items not specifically mentioned on the prize are the responsibility of the winner. If the sweepstakes are modified, terminated or otherwise changed, a notice will be placed on www.rezhub.com. Winners may be required to respond to the notificiation email within seven (7) days and failure to do so could result in disqualification and selection of a new winner.

• SELECTION OF WINNER
The winners will be selected on December 15th, 2009 for all entries received between August 1, 2009 and November 30, 2009 according to the official rules posted herein. Winner will be notified via email on the day of the drawing. Potential winner must complete and return an Affidavit of eligibility, release of liability and publicity within thirty (30) days of receipt.

• OTHER RULES
Rules: Travel must be completed between December 15, 2009 and December 15, 2010. All arrangements are subject to availability and will be for 1 complimentary Oceanview "Green Friendly" room with occupancy for two and a $350 voucher for a Hertz car rental. Prize cannot be converted into cash. All arrangements are subject to availability and price restrictions at the time of booking. All travel must be booked at least 15 days in advance. Once booked itinerary can not be changed. Travel may not be sold to, bartered with, purchased or utilized by a third party.
